What is the production timeline for my prescription glasses?
Every pair of prescription glasses is custom-crafted for your prescription. After we verify your prescription by email, crafting takes about 3 weeks, plus shipping to your region. In total, plan for roughly 5–6 weeks from order to delivery. The delivery estimate on this page shows the current range for your region.
How long does the shipping take?
Once your glasses are crafted and dispatched, shipping takes:
USA 5–10 days
Canada 4–12 days
Australia 5–10 days
Japan 5–10 days
South Korea 4–10 days
Hong Kong 2–5 days
Europe 10–20 days
You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Prescription glasses ship separately from other items.
Do you offer transitional lenses?
Yes, we do offer transitional lenses! Please contact us directly via email for custom inquiries.
Do ON SLICE sunglasses protect from UV light?
Yes! All ON SLICE sunglasses offer full UV-400 Protection.
Can frames be mixed and matched with different lens colors?
Yes, it is possible! For custom made glasses, please reach out to us directly via email!
Is it possible to return my prescription glasses?
Because prescription glasses are custom-made for you, they can't be returned for a change of mind. You're still fully covered by our guarantees: if the fit isn't right, our Match Guarantee has you covered — contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no extra cost. And if anything arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, our Care Guarantee applies. Just contact us and we'll take care of it.
