When will my order ship?

Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. If the fit isn't right, our Match Guarantee has you covered: reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no extra cost. If you simply change your mind, you can return your unworn pair in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. Contact us and we'll take care of the rest.
What if the glasses don't suit my face?
That's exactly what our Match Guarantee is for. If your pair doesn't fit or doesn't feel like you, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no extra cost.
How durable are the lenses and frames?
All lenses are UV-400 rated and scratch-resistant, and every pair ships with the ON SLICE case and cleaning cloth to keep them that way. If anything arrives damaged, our Care Guarantee covers you, just contact us.
Do you offer prescription lenses?
